Ingredients:
- Oil – 2tbsp
- Drumsticks (saragvo) – 3 sticks
- Yogurt (dahi) – 3 tbsp.
- Gram flour (besan) – 2tbsp
- Water – 4-5 cups
- Turmeric- ½ tsp
- Asafetida- ½ tsp
- Dried red chili- 2
- Red chili powder- 1tsp
- Coriander cumin powder- 1tsp
- Garlic chutney- 1tsp
- Kasuri methi- 1tsp
- Salt to taste
Recipe:
- Cut the drumsticks (saragvo) into 2-3 inch portions.
- Remove skin threads (partially) and wash drumsticks properly.
- For yogurt-gram flour (dahi-besan) mixture : Take gram flour, yogurt and 2 cups of water and mix it with hand blander.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, once it starts popping add cumin seeds, dried red chili and Asafetida into the pan.
- Add drumsticks and mix all well.
- Add all the masalas, garlic chutney and mix all together.
- Add 1 cups of water, cover the pan and let it cook for 12-15 mins.
- Once drumsticks are cooked – Add gram flour – yogurt mixture and mix well.
- Add 1 cup of water and boil the mixture for 5 mins.
- Note: add some water if needed (make pouring consistency mixture)
- Add kasuri methi and mix well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves
- Serve it with some Garlic chutney and Enjoy !

INGREDIENTS:

- Finely chopped garlic- 1tbsp
- Chopped green chilly – 2
- shredded cabbage – ½ cup
- finely chopped spring onions whites – 1/2 cup
- chopped onion – 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot – 1/2 cup
- chopped Spring onion greens – 2tbsp
- salt to taste
- soy sauce 1tbsp
- red chilly sauce – ½ tbsp
- 2 cups cooked rice
- black peppercorns powder- 1tsp
Recipe.
- Heat the oil in a pan,
- Add Chopped ginger, garlic and green chilly – sauté for a min.
- Add chopped onion, cabbage, spring onion whites, carrots, and mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes
- Add the salt, soya sauce, and chilly sauce – mix and sauté on a high flame for a minute
- Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Add pepper powder- mix well and cook on a high flame for 1 minute.
- Add the spring onion greens.
- Serve hot

Ingredients:
- Cracked wheat (dalia)(fada): 1cup
- Mix Dal (pulses) (Yellow moong dal , Chilka moong dal and toor dal) – total 1cup
- Oil or Ghee- 1tbsp
- Cumin seeds (jeera) – ½ tsp
- Asafetida (hing) ½ tsp
- Mustard seed (Rai) – 1 tsp
- Ginger-green chili paste- 1tbsp
- Chopped onions – 2 medium size
- Cauliflower – half cup
- Chopped Carrot – 1cup
- Chili powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder (haldi) – ½ tsp
- Coriander-cumin powder (dhaniya-jeera powder) – ½ tsp
- Garam masala- ½ tsp
- Peanuts- 1tbsp
- Salt to taste
- For the garnish 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
- For serving Fresh curd.
Recipe:
- Wash and soak the cracked wheat and mix dal in water. Drain after 10-15 mins.
- Heat the oil or ghee in a pressure cooker.
- Add Mustard seeds, when the seeds crackle, add cumin seeds (jeera), Asafetida (hing) and ginger green chili paste. Sauté for few seconds.
- Add all the Vegetables and sauté for a min.( you can use any vegetable of your choice)
- Add all the masalas and mix well.
- Now add soaked cracked wheat (daliya) and mix dal and mix.
- Add 4cups of water. Mix well
- Pressure cook for 4-5 whistle.
- Before opening the lid, allow the steam to escape.
- Stir the khichdi gently.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot with curd (yogurt / dahi)
